But after 4 hours it crashed. The next day it crashed after 2hours, then again after 30min and then after 15min. So even though the hard drive was replaced the problem persists. Do you think ill be able to upgrade RAM by myself? You only need to have Windows 10 Disc. As for upgrading to a larger RAM size, I am not sure about your laptop. Does it make it easy to upgrade RAM or not? Mine is Dell Latitude, and there is a special area on its bottom that I only need to remove its cover to reveal the RAM chips and pull them out. If it is for a year or two, then I recommend gb minimum.
